Detail Itinerary

Day 1 : Bali - Bima (Sumbawa) (L/D)
Pick up from your Bali hotel and transfer to the Ngurah Rai airport to depart to Bima
After your arrival at the airport of Bima on Sumbawa Island, you will be met by our representative and we then transfer you to Sape Harbour, which is approximately 30 kilometers east of Bima. The drive takes about an hour. There you board a local wooden vessel, which has been adapted to carry passengers. There are six bunks in one main cabin and there is a toilet. The boat will sail for Komodo Island and on average it takes about six hours to cross the Straits to the Komodo National Park. There are strong currents between the islands so departure and arrival times depend largely on the tides.

Day 2 : Komodo (B/L/D)
After breakfast, walk the one and a half mile to meet with the Komodo Dragons in their own natural habitat. It is estimated that there are only a couple of thousand of these Monitor Lizards left between the islands of Komodo, Padar, Rinca and Western Flores. They grow up to 3 meters and 150 kilograms in weight. After the visit to the Park, we return to the vessel. Later in the morning, there is an opportunity to swim or snorkel on a wonderfully white sandy beach nearby. Then cruise back to Sape. Lunch will be served on board. After returning to Sape, we drive back to Bima and check you into Lambita Hotel.

Day 3 : Bima - Bali (B)
Breakfast at the hotel

Transfer to the airport for the flight back to Denpasar.

- Accommodation on board of the ship in shared cabin, in Bima in simple accommodation, but air-conditioned and with shower,    breakfast
