excursions are carefully designed for travelers and
businessman who want to extend their stay in Myanmar,
and explore the beauty and the culture of the country,
in short time.
Detail Itinerary
OPTION 01
GLORY OF GOLDEN ROCK, 2 DAYS
DAY 1: YANGON -
KYAIKTIYO
Heading out of the town, we
make our way by travelling north to Kyaiktiyo, one of
Myanmar great pilgrimage sites. On arrival at the base
camp of Kinpun, we board an open truck for a rugged
drive before we take a walk on a very steep pathway to
the famous Golden Rock. This huge boulder covered by
gilded leaves and delicately perched on the cliff has a
very interesting legend. Our walk uphill is quite
strenuous; however the spectacular sunset view at the
summit makes the hardship all worthwhile. O/N in
Kyaiktiyo.
DAY 2: KYAIKTIYO - BAGO - YANGON
This morning we drive back to the based
cam where we meet up with our own vehicle for a scenic
journey to Bago. Formerly known as Pegu, Bago was once
the capital of the Mon Kingdom. The sightseeing tour of
this town includes the colossal reclining Buddha of
Shwethalyaung , the pagoda of Shwemawdaw, the four giant
Buddha images at
Kyaikpon Pagoda and the old Palace of Kamboza Thadi.
We also a and before taking a walk around the vibrant
and colorful central market. We also take a walk
exploring around the colourful Bago Market and drive
back to Yangon. On the way, we make stop over at at the
Allied War Cemetery near Htaukkyan and the woven bamboo
factory. The trip ends after arrival in Yangon. (B)

HIDDEN
MONYWA, 2 DAYS
DAY1: MANDALAY - MONYWA
The trip
begins as we depart the town and drive through the
scenic countryside to Moniwa, a tranquil town by the
Chindwin River. On the way, we visit the impressive
Thanboddhay Pagoda. The wall and archway of this
structure are delicately decorated with over 500,000
Buddha images. Another enjoyable stop is Bodihtataung
Pagoda which houses the largest reclining Buddha in
Myanmar. On arrival , we visit some outlaying sights of
the town, including the lacquer ware village of Kyaukka
and the Shweguni Pagoda which is one of the most
important pilgrimage sites in upper Myanmar. O/N in
Mandalay.
DAY 2: MONYWA - PO WIN DAUNG -
MANDALAY
After
breakfast, we cross the Chindwin River and embark on a
local jeep for few hour drive to Po Win Daung. This
extraordinary complex containing 947 sandstone caves dug
out of the hills has been to claimed by archaeologists
to be the richest collection of mural paintings and
Buddhist statues in South East Asia. We explore this
magnificent complex as well as the nearby sight of Shwe
Ba Daung whose monasteries and temples are carved out of
narrow rocky cliffs. The trip ends after arrival in
Mandalay. (B)
