On arrival at Surat Thani Airport or train station, you are met and transferred to Khao Sok National Park, where you find some of the best remaining rainforest in Thailand. The park covers an area of 646 square kilometres and has an ecosystem. After checking into a simple floating bungalow we spend an afternoon on a boat navigating around Cheo Larn Lake, which was created by the construction of the Rachabrapah Dam. This exciting boat excursion will pass the spectacular scene of limestone cliffs rising from the lake shores as well as islands dotting the reservoir. The remainder of the day is free for your leisurely swim or walk along the lakeside. O/N in Cheo Larn. (B)

DAY  2: KHAO SOK - KHAO LAK
The beautiful national park of Khao Sok is home to a wide array of wildlife including leopard, serow, elephant, banteng, gaur, dusky langur, tiger, gibbons , however most of these species are nocturnal. The rich variety of birth life is also remarkable since over 165 species have been recorded in this region. After an early morning breakfast in the exotic sounds of the jungle we enjoy a full day exploring the park with an experienced local guide. The majority of trails follows picturesque riverways beneath a cover of native rainforest therefore our walk may involve some river crossings. At the end of our walk we enjoy a refreshing swim at a small waterfall located within the park before we board a vehicle for two hour drive to Khao Lak, our final destination. O/N in Khao Lak. (B,L)

DAY  3: KKAO LAK - PHANG NGA - RAILE BEACH ( abi)
Upon leaving the town we commence to travel by roads towards the beautiful Phang Nga Bay. Along the way we pass the well known James Bond. This famous landmark first found its way onto the international map through its starring role in the James Bond movie "The Man With the Golden Gun". The next stop of our trip is Koh Pannyi, a remarkable village which is home to the muslin communities. Their houses on stilts have been built over water and the rear of structure is guarded by a giant rock monolith. Afterwards we travel by roads to Krabi and embark a longtail boat to the beach at Rai Le near the peninsula of Phra Nang. O/N in Rai Le. (B,L)

The idyllic island of Rai Le is famous for many magnificent beaches backed by limestone cliffs and jungle which provide a deep contrast with the flat blue waters of the Andaman sea. You can soak up as much sea and sun as you want by spending time on the turquoise water or lazing on a beach. This free day will also give you various opportunities to enjoy many optional activities, some of which are sea kayaking, rock climbing or hiking. The usual water sports such as scuba diving and snorkelling are also available, however our guide is on hand to advise information about these options. O/N in Rai Le. (B)
