Detail Itinerary

Morning:
An
excursion is given on a flower-garden with
ornamental plants. Go along a canal getting
through the village to see rice fields and mint
farm that can provide green vegetables for Hoi
An ancient town.
- At noon: Ride along the dyke by the De Vong
River to go for a sightseeing of the rural
tourist precinct of Ha An. Have lunch and relax
in Ha An restaurant.
- Afternoon: Go along the pathway
to come into the village, which is a lower
section of Thu Bon River and there where is a 7
-acre zone of nipa (periwinkles). It is used to
be a terrible battlefield between Vietnamese
guerillas and French and American as well. On
the way back to Hoi An ancient town drop in some
small restaurants to have sweet soup with corn,
fried mussel, and steamed thin rice pancake
right in the middle of grilled rice papers.
Those are a specialty of Cam Nam village, which
is very delicious and cheap.
- Evening: Enjoy the Hoi An
full-moon night
Every lunar month, on the 14th day, there is a
Legendary Night in Hoi An, when the Old Town is
lit by the moon and houses are lit by graceful
and colourful lanterns.
On this evening, all kinds of vehicles are
lifted off town and all the people, both
Hoianians and visitors comfortably walk and
enjoy themselves in a new world, the world of
Tranquillity, Peace, Poetry and Beauty.
