Detail Itinerary

DAY 1: DA NANG - ARRIVAL
Upon arrival at Danang you will be greeted by our guide who will begin by escorting you on a tour of Danang City, including the Cham Museum where you can find out more about this ancient but advanced civilization. After leaving Danang we will make our way the short distance to Marble Mountain, where there will be the opportunity to climb to the top and admire the temples that have a commanding view over the surrounding district. After working up an appetite with the climb you can make the short stroll or drive to China beach for lunch. Following lunch we will continue to delightful township of Hoi An approximately 30 km away. Once at Hoi An we will check into our hotel, followed by some free time to explore.( D)

DAY 2:  HOI AN
Today there will be a tour to the Chinese Assembly Halls, the Japanese Covered Bridge and Tan Ky House. Following the tour there is free time to discover what else Hoi An has to offer. Whether it be in the silk shops having a new wardrobe tailored or cycling to the beach about 6 kilometers away, one thing is certain, you will not get bored in this town. Tonight we will dine at one of the many excellent restaurants located here. ( B )

DAY3: HOI AN
This morning we will board a boat and cruise the waterways for a look at a ceramic craft village and the boat building yards. For those people interested, a trip to the My Son Cham towers, about a hour and a half drive from Hoi An can be arranged. Or maybe you would prefer to relax beside the pool at the hotel or head to the beach for a swim. One thing is for sure, there will be final fittings to attend to at some of the tailors shops. You will find these businesses irresistible magnets. ( B )

DAY4: HOI AN - HUE
As we bid Hoi An farewell this morning we continue our north bound journey. The destination for today is the old imperial city of Hue about four hours away. Along the way we will travel over the Hai Van pass, stopping at the top to take in the stunning views north over Lang Co beach and south over Danang city. Our second stop will be Lang Co beach, for coffee and refreshments, then continuing on our way to Hue. This afternoon we will be able to work off lunch as we board bicycles for a tour around this fabulous city. A visit to Hue would not be complete without taking in attractions such as the Citadel and the Forbidden Purple City, the Imperial Museum and the Dong Ba market. To round off the days activities, a visit to one of Hues many fine restaurants to sample some of the local specialties.  ( B )
DAY5: HUE
Cruising the Perfume River is the order of the day. This time we head out for the countryside. Being the ancient capital, Hue is surrounded with ancient tombs of emperors past, and a visit to some of these tombs will be on the itinerary for today. The ornate Minh Mangs tomb will be the first stop. From here we will cruise back to the eccentric Tu Ducs tomb, and discover the life of opulence that was led by this Emperor. With the mid day approaching, it will be time to cover the short distance back to the Perfume River and board our Dragon Boat. We will enjoy lunch while cruising back down towards Hue, stopping on the way to visit the Thien Mu Pagoda which is considered the unofficial symbol of Hue. This evening we will live like royalty and have a Royal Banquet complete with full costume and regalia. ( B)

DAY6: HUE / DA NANG - DEPARTURE
Today is departure day and time to bid farewell to your guide. If you are continuing on a domestic flight you can depart from Hue airport. For international flights you will be transferred back to Danang.( B)
