Day 1: Hanoi - Ha Long Bay (L/D)
Our destination for today is the deserted beach
of Ba Cat. Arriving around four p.m. have a few
hours spare to get accustomed to our Kayaking
equipment and get a sample of what to expect
from this World Heritage Listed area. Tonight we
will spend a night aboard.Overnight on board
Day 2: Ha Long Bay - Nam Cat Beach
(B/L/D)
On the way to today’s destination, Nam Cat
Beach, we will visit some of the many lagoons
for swimming and relaxing. Arriving around
lunchtime or shortly after, we set up camp and
have lunch. The afternoon is free then to
explore the surrounding area before returning to
the boat for the evening meal and
relaxing.Overnight on board
Day 3: Nam Cat Beach - Ho Ba Ham Island
(B/L/D)
This morning, we set off in our Kayaks for
approximately four hours paddling. Later in the
afternoon we have the option of additional
kayaking to explore the surrounding area. After
our local cooks have prepared our evening meal
there is time to sit around on deck and chat
with our guides and support staff.Overnight on
board
Day 4: Quan Lan Island (B/L/D)
Today is a day rest and relaxation. Following
breakfast we weigh anchor and cruise the emerald
waters of Ha Long Bay aboard the support vessel.
Around lunchtime we arrive at one of the most
beautiful, untouched islands in Ha Long Bay.
Quan Lan Island. For those who still yearn
activity and exercise there is the chance to
once again explore the surrounding area by
Kayak. If lazing around on an isolated beach,
with a good book, and working on your tan is
more your scene, then this is the place for
you.Overnight on board
Day 5: Quan Lan Island (B/L/D)
Without the hustle and bustle of urban life and
the absence of telephones, relaxation is the
order of the day! After a sleep in or an early
morning stroll along the beach there will be
free time for swimming or kayaking. This
afternoon we will visit a fishing village and
meet the people who live here for an insight
into local customs and cultures. This will be an
interesting experience for both parties as these
people have rare contact with
foreigners.Overnight on board
Day 6: Ha Long Bay (B/L/D)
Morning cruise to Hanh Cave for the whole day
exploration. Hanh Cave is about 02 km long and
it used to be a hidden place of Military during
the American War & it was also a main route for
coal transported by bamboo boats from Cam Pha
down to Hon Gai Port.Overnight on board
Day 7: Ha Long - Hanoi (B )
Return to Bai Chay by boat. Farewell lunch with
crew on board at noontime before driving back to
Hanoi.End of services
CRUISE INFORMATION:
There are some main differences on the boat/junk
types as the following:
Space on the boat, with the standard one
- you would have to expect small size boat, from
your bedroom to the sun deck, whilst the
Superior & Deluxe class will have larger
sized dining area that is warm and cozy, more
importantly with comfort in your cabins (larger
bed, bigger glassed window) as well as the
sunbath area (with comfortable chairs)
Toilet & shower on boat/junk, if you wish to
have comfort in your privacy, Standard boat
will not be a choice since the toilet is
normally outside (shared bathrooms), while
Superior will offer this and you will even
find it better at Deluxe class.
Facilities on the
Superior and Deluxe boat are up-to-date international
standard, good air-conditioning in the cabin,
fine toilet facilities whilst there is normally
a fan in the cabin at the standard boat.
Well trained, devoted and courtesy staff will
always make your stay unforgettable on the
Superior and Deluxe junk.
Halong
Bay is beautiful
and we suggest enjoy it in Superior or Deluxe
Junk, paying a bit more but you will find it
worth every cents you pay for.
