Detail Itinerary
Hanging over 5000 km square with the population
of 6000 people, with lush greenery of mountain
ranges is just the beginning of your expedition
to the jade of Far East. Imagine a land lush in
tropical forest and emerald rice terrace fields
and a land alive with very colorful tradition
and culture. The old French-built hill station
of Sapa (1600m above sea level) is the natural
starting point for a unique experience of the
Sapa area. This includes the Hoang Lien Son
mountain range, and Indochina's highest peaks,
Fansipan (3143m), and 6 different ethnic
minority groups, each one colorful, distinct and
with its own language and cultural values.
Day 1,Wed: Overnight train to Sapa
Board overnight Victoria Express train to Sapa.
The Victoria Express train leaves
at 22:00
Day 2,Thu: Sapa
Arrive to Laocai station, transfer to Sapa.
Check in Victoria Sapa. Freshen up and enjoy
breakfast. Afternoon at 10am there will be an
exploration of Sapa town and walk to Catcat ,
and Sansaho villages home to H'mong
minority people. Opportunity to closely watch
and see the daily life of local people.
Visit water fall and indigo farm. Return to Sapa
and enjoy the facility of luxury Victoria Sapa
hotel.
Enjoy 4 course diner at the hotel. Overnight

Day 3,Fri: Sapa
Morning at leisure to enjoy Sapa and then embark
on a lovely walk to Laochai & Tavan villages -
home to Black H'mong people. This is one of the
most enjoyable walk involving descending into a
nearby valley inhabited by a variety of ethnic
hill tribes. Once on the valley floor you can
really appreciate the wonderful scenery that
surrounds you. The walls of the valley are
covered with multi-layered rice terraces and
scattered villages. Picnic lunch by the river.
The walk lasts approximately 3-4 hours through
the spectacular villages and mountains.

Day 4,Sat: Sapa - Cancau Market
Morning drive to Cancau market, 3 hour drive
away. Visit isolated Cancau Saturday market.
It is a quaint local market , close to China
border and in a hidden place, less tourist come
here. - horses, dogs, cat, pigs and
textiles .... all on sales! This is of of most
amazing market you've ever seen.
Opportunity to takes best photos. Overnight at
Victoria Hotel.

Day 5,Sun: BinhLu market
Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
We then drive by Silver water fall and
Congtroi ( gate to heaven) on a scenic journey
to stunning pass of Tri Ton. Visit one of most
amazing tribal markets in Binhlu where thousand
of Thai Kadai language groups such as Tai
Lu, Tai Laos, White Tai , and H'mong - Yao group
(black Yao, Yao Lantien..), Giay, Khomu.. comes
to buy and sell their own produces. This is
opportunity to get insight into local life.
Lunch at local restaurant. Afternoon drive back
to Sapa with fond of memories.

Day 6, Mon: Sapa
Buffet breakfast at the hotel
At leisure to walk to Catcat village or to visit
Taphin village

Day 7, Tue: Cocly Market - Hanoi
Enjoy the breakfast and drive to Cocly market
the latest market discovered in the region.
Cocly is a gathering place of Fula, Flower
H'mong, Tay, Nung , Dzao, Giay. Many local
produces including, horse, chicken porks,
crafts, textiles are on sales. We then embark on
a boat cruise winding our way through a
breathtaking landscape where the mountains grow
from waters presenting their most hidden
mysteries. While cruising we will enjoy our
picnic lunch by the river. At 15pm time to get
back to Laocai station for the evening Victoria
Express train departing 21:15pm. A
three course diner will serve on the train.

Day 8, Wed: Arrival Hanoi
Arrival Hanoi around 4:30am but you can s extend
your sleep on the Victoria berth till 7am.
The trip concludes in Hanoi.
