Your tour leader or tour guides are trained in
first aids and emergency rescue, but to a large
degree you must be responsible for your own
safety while riding.
Please follow your tour leaders instructions on
all matters related to safety.We highly
recommended that you must take out travel
insurance before joining the tour. We will take
every precaution possible to ensure your safe
enjoyment of the tour.
Helmets must be worn all times when cycling and
insist they are worn during down-hill or
off-road. Cycling gloves are also highly
recommended.
